From the moment you arrive, you’ll walk the red carpet, courtesy of Conyer Roofing & Exteriors, and enjoy the full paparazzi experience, including a professional photo of you and your guest, or your whole team. During cocktail hour, sip on bubbly compliments of Volunteer Bank, while enjoying delicious and unique bites, including a can’t-miss favorite, the popcorn bar featuring Big Poppa Corn and his tasty creations.

Be sure to join the fun at our wine pull, partnering with Petitt Heating & Cooling, so you can pop the cork and raise a toast. And when it’s time to eat, settle in for an upscale burger bar fit for an all-American picnic, catered by North Nash Catering, plus live bluegrass music to take us back to our roots and a few other surprises along the way.

Then get ready for the bidding excitement. We’ll have a silent auction filled with local goodies, plus a few top-shelf items in our live auction powered by Cope and Associates. Come ready to bid, proceeds from the auction fuel our Education Initiative, empowering and engaging students and educators across our community.
