Join us for our September Investor's Luncheon as we recognize National Suicide Prevention Month and raise awareness about mental health in our community. This important event will feature two distinguished speakers at the forefront of mental health advocacy and support.
Rob Brewer, Assistant Fire Chief for the City of White House, will share insights on the challenges faced by first responders, highlighting the alarming increase in suicide within this profession. He will discuss ways to support those who dedicate their lives to serving others, often at the cost of their own well-being.
Dr. Kim Hass, Principal at The Heritage, will speak about the proactive steps her school takes to love on students and faculty, including identifying and supporting those who may be struggling. Her approach to fostering a caring and attentive environment offers valuable lessons for all of us.
In addition to these impactful presentations, attendees will receive literature and information on how businesses and individuals can contribute to the fight against suicide. By working together, we can help eliminate this tragic cause of death and build a stronger, more supportive community.
The Taste of Aloha Food Truck will cater lunch and have fantastic door prizes for our guests. This luncheon is powered by our partners at Highpoint Health with Ascension Saint Thomas, who are committed to breaking the stigmas around mental health, educating our community, and equipping residents with the necessary tools and knowledge.
Take advantage of this opportunity to learn, connect, and make a difference!
