Join Diana Health for a free, expert-led Pediatric Sleep Training Workshop featuring Val Hudson, Certified Pediatric Sleep Coach and owner of The Family Sleep Coach. This session will guide parents through practical strategies for preparing an optimal sleep environment, navigating toddler sleep-training techniques, and managing nap schedules. Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A with Val and enjoy special giveaways for attendees.
