Women of White House: Self-Defense begins with Self-Esteem

Join us on Monday, January 28th from 5:00-7:00 PM for our first Women of White House of 2019 presented by Life Christian Academy. Sgt Eric Enck of the White House Police Department will present "Self-Defense Begins with Self-Esteem: Seeing Yourself Through God's Eyes." Sgt. Enck has been a part of the WHPD for 14 years and teaches self-defense and fitness classes at Vanattas Martial Arts. He is also an instructor at the Tennessee Law Enforcement Academy.
