WOW Happy, Healthy Heart

Our February meeting, Happy, Healthy Heart will focus on keeping you on track with healthy meal choices, smart living and time management techniques from our friendsStudio BOSS, a few Yoga moves designed to help you stretch and relax from Lydia Jordan Beatty, a message on women's heart health from our friends at NorthCrest Medical Center and a delicious meal that won't destroy your diet from The Bakery Box. All this fun, great networking as you learn more about the Women of White House and some great door prizes too thanks to Robertson County Family YMCA, Colorado Grill, and more.

Open to all Women of White House, cost for White House Area Chamber of Commerce Members is $15 or $18 for non-members. Please RSVP by Friday, February 3.
