Sign Specialist

Gerald Printing is looking for a Sign Specialist to join our White House, TN team. We appreciate our people and need someone who is looking to have a future with our company. Experience is preferred but willing to train the right person. This position requires extensive daily interactions with co-workers and some customer contact.

General Responsibilities:

Operates a variety of sign equipment and completes sign installs as needed by the Production Supervisor.

Specific Duties:

• Ability to install wide format vinyl prints on windows and walls
• Skill in application of cut vinyl to various substrates
• Ability to install wall mounted and hanging sign panels
• Ability to install interior and exterior dimensional graphics and letters
• Ability to operate light hand tools
• Serves as a backup operator in running the wide format printer and vinyl cutter to make signs.
• Orders sign material for stock and specific orders, receiving and properly storing all materials.
• Operates the laminator to finish signs when specified.
• Operates pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment as needed to move orders through the shop.
• Backup in shipping/delivery duties as needed.
