The Collections & Credit Card Specialist provides administrative support to the VP Director of Asset Protection and Recovery.   Responsible for the control of late and/or delinquent loan accounts and pending late payment reminders as well as the Visa Credit Card program for TCURC.  Makes follow up telephone calls on delinquent loan accounts and Visa Credit Cards and maintains accurate records on the applicable accounts. Processes cards, maintenance cards, processes payments, etc. on Visa Credit Cards.  Optimizes collections on accounts while balancing the goodwill of members with the overall business interests of the credit union.  May also serve as Back-Up Courtesy Pay Specialist when needed. 

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent; two or more years of collections or credit counseling experience and a minimum of 3 years previous accounting, ATM, card services, and/or Credit Union experience.  This is a full-time position.  Candidates will be friendly, dependable and detail oriented.  Must have the ability to pass a background check including meeting credit standards.
