Dr. Tami West has been helping people take their power back and live their own lives for over
20 years. Her passion stems from a lifelong battle with anxiety disorder that initiated her
dedication to mental and emotional health. Her clients come from all walks of life, from
Danbury Federal Prison inmates to Social Security Administration senior management.
Tami began her career with a Bachelor’s degree in biology and spent the next ten years
working in hospitals, physician’s offices, and research labs. She changed careers in
1995, becoming a public school teacher, and in 2005 decided to pursue a career that
would allow her to help others find solutions to their challenges. Her undergraduate degrees in science and education, as well as her doctoral research in human development, uniquely equip her to address the human factor that underlies success, both personally and professionally.
